 If your child is in Reception or Key Stage 1, they are all entitled to universal free school meals.  We strongly encourage all of our younger children to take up this offer.  Not only does it mean they have a healthy hot meal each day, but it also helps the school receive funding that ensures we maintain a high quality of lunch provision for all of our pupils.  

Free School Meals

To be entitled to free school meals parents must be on either:

• Income Support
• Employment Support Allowance (Income Related)
• Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
• Guaranteed Pension Credit

Child Tax credit and the assessed family income does not exceed £16,190.  

Parents receiving Working Tax Credit are not entitled regardless of the level of assessed income.
