1. To implement programmes in maths and phonics to secure aspirational outcomes for learners
2. To develop a consistent model for interventions
3. Review impact of curriculum - removing barriers to effective implementation in foundation subjects
4. To implement a robust quality assurance cycle with delegated responsibilities for senior and subject leaders
5. To assess methods of communication between school and parents and streamline and improve processes
