Absence Request

Our aim is for every pupil's attendance to be 100% unless there are exceptional or unavoidable reasons for absence.  Please refer to the Norfolk County Council guidance for parents below.

Requests for leave of absence must be made in advance on the form below, otherwise the absence will be recorded as unauthorised.
