What to do if your child is sick

On the first day of absence please call the school before 9.30am

On your child’s return to school please bring in a letter stating why they were absent and the dates they were absent.

If their absence continues into a new week please call the school before 9.30am to let us know they are still unwell.

Please note if your child is sick or has diarrhoea they should not return to school for at least 48 hours after the last bout of illness.  Reception children need to wait 72 hours before returning to school.

Medicines in School

If you require medicines to be administered in school you will need to fill in a consent form, available in the school office before we can administer the medicine.  Please check with your doctor whether the does is absolutely essential.
