Leopards act as the witches from Macbeth
Leopards Class Forest School Sessions
The Leopards have enjoyed creating their own tribes during their five weeks of Forest school. They worked in small groups to build shelters and make jewellery, head dresses, bows and arrows and spears. They were able to learn new skills to use a range of tools including bow saws, loppers, knives and palm drills. They worked with natural materials including Willow, Hazel and Elder.

Tigers have been learning all about shape in maths
They have worked hard to remember the names and the properties of 2d and 3d shapes. Children enjoyed making shapes with the art straws, which was quite challenging!
The Tigers have been learning all about the world and the names of the continents
Children enjoyed learning a song to help them remember the names. We then made salt dough and used it to make the continents.

Trip to our local Café
The Lions had a great time visiting their local cafe this morning. They each had their own pound to spend and were able to choose three mini cakes and a squash! They had fun ordering their cakes, paying for them at the till and…of course…eating them!
