Tigers have been playing tuned instruments in class. They worked hard to practise playing ‘Old MacDonald’ using a simple notation. Well done Tigers!
The Tigers learned to prepare food safely by making rainbow pizzas and rainbow fruit kebabs. They definitely tasted as good as they looked!
The tiger class used syringes of water and cotton wool to learn about how clouds hold water. They also made a cloud in a cup and used food colouring to make it rain!
The Tigers have been thinking about hot and cold colours in art. The children made some beautiful tree pictures using these colours.
The Tigers have been learning all about Buddhism in R.E. We made a class Mandala.
Tigers have been learning all about the weather. We have been writing and producing our own weather forecasts for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Tigers had fun during their maths cafe in October. Parents and carers came and joined the children for part of the morning to explore some of the maths resources that we use everyday in class. Children used bead strings to show how it helps with addition and subtraction, tried cube and shape challenges and had fun with addition and playing cards while being timed!
